Do you struggle with emotional eating, overeating, binging, or food restricting? At Inner Balance, we believe that nutrition should be health-centered and weight-neutral.
That’s why we take an integrative approach that fosters self-love, self-care, and self-acceptance. Our goal through nutrition coaching is to empower you to be your best self. We encourage you to make choices from a place of self-love and compassion. This can sometimes mean a firm nudge in a new direction, but we are here for you every step of the way. We give you the tools you need to create your best body, with no secrets or strategies other than data, honesty, and accountability.
Proper nutrition is the cornerstone of wellness and when you eat the right foods, your body just feels better. Sometimes we need a little help eating right or getting a handle on our relationship with food in general, and that is where we come in. Our Certified Nutrition Coach, Jody Coram, will help you develop new ideas about food as fuel to ensure that you achieve your fitness goals. She will work with you to develop and customize macronutrient goals for your specific goals and needs while also teaching and encouraging proper micronutrient intake and consuming a variety of foods. The best part is, you never have to give up foods that you absolutely love, and you never have to eat foods that you hate! We believe that transformation comes from the inside out, and it all starts with proper nutrition!
Nutrition support includes conversations around body acceptance, allowing you to explore and heal your relationship with food and your body so that you can experience a sense of confidence and freedom and develop a better relationship with both.
Jody Coram, Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach
Jody Coram is a Holistic Nutrition Coach, 200-hour yoga teacher, and certified massage therapist. Her unique approach to healing allows clients to mend their relationship with food and body so that they can experience lasting freedom, comfort, and joy.
Jody focuses on empowering women and men to eat intuitively and mindfully, while creating a safe space for collaboration, self-love, and acceptance. Her empowering coaching style allows clients to unlock their inner wisdom and move toward a greater sense of ease. It is her passion to support clients in their journey to find peace within themselves.

We will work to define your goals, understand what it will take to achieve them and strategize on how to overcome the barriers that get in our way.
