When was the last time you had a healthy relationship with food? Food is meant to fuel us and help us perform our absolute best, but there are often emotions and experiences that train us to view food as something more than that. Our goal through nutrition coaching is to empower you to be your best self. We encourage you to make choices from a place of self-love and compassion. This can sometimes mean a firm nudge in a new direction, but we are here for you every step of the way. We give you the tools you need to create your best body, with no secrets or strategies other than data, honesty, and accountability.
Proper nutrition is the cornerstone of wellness and when you eat the right foods, your body just feels better. Sometimes we need a little help eating right or getting a handle on our relationship with food in general, and that is where we come in. Our Certified Nutrition Coach, Jody Coram, will help you develop new ideas about food as fuel to ensure that you achieve your fitness goals. She will work with you to develop and customize macronutrient goals for your specific goals and needs while also teaching and encouraging proper micronutrient intake and consuming a variety of foods. The best part is, you never have to give up foods that you absolutely love, and you never have to eat foods that you hate! We believe that transformation comes from the inside out, and it all starts with proper nutrition!
What you will receive during this 6 week program:
Daily support and accountability
1 weekly session, in-person or online (apprx 45 – 60 min)
Lessons on optimal macronutrient and micronutrient intake
Appropriate portion sizes
How to read nutrition labels, shop for food, organize your pantry and meal preparation
Strategies for overcoming weight loss barriers.
How to eat for optimal health, energy, and vitality.
We will work to define your goals, understand what it will take to achieve them and strategize on how to overcome the barriers that get in our way.

A year long daily and weekly meal planning guide, which includes recipes and a shopping list
A healthy eating cookbook
Nutritional shake and smoothies guide
Plus several other educational food related handouts (all in PDF form)
