Barre will not only challenge you physically but will offer blends of Pilates, yoga, and low-impact cardio. Barre classes will produce results you can see and feel, increasing total-body strength and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all. Light weights and other props are used to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. More than a workout, you will feel the difference in your mind and spirit, too.
If you are new to Barre, this is a great place to start. This class will help you discover how our technique works and feel the benefits of a full-body barre workout. This slower-paced class is ideal to introduce the fundamentals and build strength for anyone who is new to Barre, getting back into a workout routine or anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and practice.
* Suitable for everyone
For 45 minutes, you will experience a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body. We will also incorporate props such as balls, resistance bands, sliders, and the barre to build your strength, coordination, and balance.
We will raise your heart rate and then bring it back down with active recovery periods. This will be a faster paced class and new students may want to prepare themselves by starting and getting comfortable with the moves in our Basics classes!
