SLOW FLOW STRETCH
Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful, gently paced class that moves intentionally and holds poses for longer periods of time. Sequences are deep and calming, designed to improve flexibility, encourage focus, and create a sense of ease in both body and mind.
Because of the slower pace, many clients find this class more accessible than traditional Vinyasa Flow. Expect to leave feeling calm, stretched, and rejuvenated.
Suited for:
Complete beginners and all ages.
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an energizing class that links movement with breath through a continuous sequence of poses. Transitions are fluid and dynamic, with each pose held briefly to create a steady, rhythmic flow.
This class helps build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and increase overall body awareness.
Suited for:
Complete beginners and all ages.
YIN DEEP STRETCH
Deep Stretch is a slow, meditative class designed to help you unwind and restore. This yin-style practice focuses on long-held, floor-based poses that allow gravity to gently release tension while targeting deeper connective tissues and muscles.
Poses are typically held for 2–7 minutes, encouraging relaxation, improved flexibility, and a sense of calm and renewal.
Suited for:
Complete beginners and all ages.
VIN/YIN YOGA
This 60-minute class begins with fluid Vinyasa-style movement to connect breath with motion while building strength, stamina, and body awareness. The practice then transitions into a series of Yin poses, held longer to gently target the connective tissues and encourage flexibility and circulation.
By blending active movement with deep, restorative stretching, this class supports a strong mind–body connection and leaves you feeling calm, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Suited for:
Complete beginners and all ages.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice focused on slowing down and gently opening the body through passive, supported stretches. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, or cushions, poses are fully supported to encourage relaxation and release tension.
This calming class helps restore balance, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being—leaving you feeling grounded and renewed.
Suited for:
Complete beginners and all ages.
HEATED
Heated Yoga refers to a variety of yoga styles practiced in a warm room, typically heated between 85–105°F. The added warmth helps muscles warm more quickly, supporting improved flexibility, increased circulation, and a deeper sense of focus throughout the practice.
This class offers a dynamic, full-body experience that can enhance stamina, support overall fitness, encourage mindful movement, and promote stress relief—leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.
Please listen to your body, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed.
CHAIR
Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand for long time periods, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions, our seniors or anyone recovering from an injury and wanting to get back into a workout routine.
Suited for: Complete beginners/ all ages
