We’ve got the reformer classes you need to keep your body healthy and happy. All skill levels are welcome and we will adjust to make sure you get the most out of each class. We guarantee you will leave smiling

With loads of experience, our dedicated instructors are consistently delivering innovative and educational classes.
GENTLE PILATES
Our Gentles class is designed for the beginner to become familiar and learn the foundation of Pilates exercises. Those to benefit the most from this slower paced class would be anyone trying the reformer for the 1st time, our seniors experiencing aging joints and those undergoing physical therapy rehabilitation from surgical procedures. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

PILATES ESSENTIALS
Our Essentials class is designed for the beginner who would like to further their development on the reformer. With a high level of focus on alignment and posture, these classes further educate and target clients who are new to reformer Pilates and offer that fun, motivating, upbeat and positive workout which is designed to leave you feeling the burn! Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.
*Suitable for recovering injuries and post-natal clients.
PILATES INTERMEDIATE
This class will challenge the more experienced clients. An intense workout focusing on advanced exercises with fast-paced, continuous, and flowing movements. This Intermediate class will challenge your strength, endurance, and fitness levels. Prepare to sweat, shake, and burn!

PILATES ADVANCED
Are you ready to take it up a level? If you are starting to take the more challenging spring options or advancements during our Intermediate class...it's time to step up your game! Our Advanced classes are challenging, fun and extra sweaty!

Jump classes require a strong cardio element. It is a fun, yet challenging class using Reformer Jump Boards to build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you!

PILATES STRETCH
Our stretch class is the perfect Zen to your day! This class is slow paced, holding stretches for longer with chilled music and dimmed lights.

PILATES TOWER

Our reformers convert to a tower with an added mat and the addition of the tower frames makes for a mix up to your regular reformer class! The tower has a spring bar and a push through bar which can be sprung from the top or the bottom as well as springs with hand/foot loops attached.

PILATES MAT
Mat Pilates focuses on the core, or the "powerhouse," as Joseph Pilates called it. You've probably heard how essential the core is in maintaining your health and preventing injury. When your core is strong, it serves as the center of power so your limbs don't have to bear as much of the brunt of movement.

PILATES MAT - HIIT
HIIT Pilates takes the full-body, low impact exercise of Pilates and combines it with quick bursts of high intensity intervals that kick the body into hyperdrive. The result? A time efficient workout that improves postural alignment and flexibility while training strength and conditioning.

Ladder Barrel **Coming in January 2025 **
This class is designed to specifically target core strength, spinal mobility and flexibility. The barrel's rounded surface is there to encourage the spine to move into extension and flexion (to backbend and forward bend) in a supported way. Aside from extension and flexion exercises, the barrel can also be used for ab exercises and oblique movements. Classes can include a mix of seated, lying, and standing exercises, utilizing the ladder rungs for support and varying levels of intensity.
