What to Know Before Your First Class
What to Bring to Class
How Many People Are in Each Class?
At Inner Balance, we value personalized attention and a supportive environment. To ensure quality instruction and individual guidance:
This small class size allows our instructors to provide hands-on support and adapt to each client’s needs, creating a more focused and tailored experience for every participant.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid forfeiting your session, all cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.
We understand that unexpected things come up, but because our class sizes are limited, enforcing this policy allows us to offer open spots to clients on the waitlist and maintain fairness for all.
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to cancel in advance, the session will be forfeited and a $20 no-show fee will be automatically deducted from your account.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
What If My Class Is Cancelled?
Classes at Inner Balance require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. In the event of a cancellation, which may occur up to 2-3 hours before the class start time, we will notify you via text or email. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently while minimising inconvenience to our clients.
Booking Classes and Waitlist
If you add yourself to a waitlist, the system assumes you’ll attend if a spot opens up. You’ll be automatically added to the class and notified by text and email - there’s no need to confirm.
If you’re added to a class and can’t attend, please remove yourself as soon as possible. Standard cancellation policies apply if you cancel within 2 hours of class or don’t show up.
Tip: Waitlists can move quickly - particularly overnight - so if you know you can’t make it, we recommend removing yourself the night before to avoid any late fees or losing a session.

You can attend group classes up until 16 weeks, after that point we can offer private sessions. If you are a regular member at Inner Balance please email us for more information innerbalancepiyo@yahoo.com.

To discuss your specific circumstances and determine the best option, please email us at innerbalancepiyo@yahoo.com.

You must be 16 years or over to attend our group classes. We understand there can be expectations, please contact us directly to further discuss any class for your teen.

This information helps your therapist tailor the massage to meet your specific needs.
