Membership Policies

We are committed to providing a welcoming, consistent and transparent experience for all of our members. Please review the following membership guidelines before purchasing.

Class Usage

Class limits apply per billing cycle and unused classes do not roll over.
Daily class limits are based on the membership purchased.
Classes taken beyond the daily or monthly allowance are charged separately at the current individual class rate.
Membership does not guarantee availability in a specific class.
Pilates levels may require prerequisites or instructor approval.

Membership Holds

One hold per calendar year, up to 30 consecutive days.
7 days’ notice is required.
Additional holds may be considered for documented medical reasons.

Membership Cancellations

Written notice is required before your next billing date.
Membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard Inner Balance cancellation and no-show policies and fees apply to all memberships.

Membership Benefits

Discounts and workshops apply only as listed under the membership purchased.
Benefits do not roll over and cannot be combined with other promotions unless noted.
