We are committed to providing a welcoming and consistent experience for all of our members.

Please review the following membership policies:

Membership Holds

Life happens! Members may place their membership on hold once per calendar year for up to 30 consecutive days with a minimum of 7 days' notice.

Memberships automatically resume at the end of the hold period.
Unused hold days do not carry over.
Additional holds may be considered for documented medical reasons and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Cancellations

Membership cancellations require written notice prior to your next billing date. Memberships remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
