The first retreat to Alicante Spain was one to remember. The hosts, Anita and John, were the best. The lodging was perfect and the surroundings beautiful. The adventure of trekking to a cave by the Mediterranean was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The trek was challenging and gave me great confidence that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. The views were spectacular and breathtaking. Every day was different which added to the excitement of the retreat. Anita is an amazing Pilates instructor. Her classes were challenging and energizing. Every activity planned was well thought out. Spending this time with girlfriends was priceless. I look forward to the next retreat!

Everything exceeded my expectations - the stunning setting, exceptional teaching, comfortable accommodations, delicious chef prepared meals and most of all the amazing company. We came together through our shared passion for Pilates, brought together by Heide, and left as lifelong friends.
