Therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem—such as low back, sciatica, hip or frozen shoulder pain. There are several different types of therapeutic massage including deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, myofascial massage, trigger point therapy and sports massage. Whether you are dealing with an injury, undergoing chemotherapy, or adjusting to being diagnosed with Parkinson's or any life changing disease, we have the knowledge to adapt to your needs.

Sports Massage
Designed for athletes and active individuals, this massage can help to improve flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance overall performance.

Prenatal Massage
Massage is a valuable addition to prenatal care for women during any stage of their pregnancy. Each massage is customized to your body’s changing needs. Massage can reduce low back pain, leg cramps, improve sleep and decrease fluid retention while releasing stress and tension.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated basalt lava stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help soothe tight muscles.

Integrated Cupping Massage
A therapeutic massage incorporating firm Kangzhu cups that will be applied and left in place for up to 20 mins, promoting blood circulation and myofascial decompression. While the cups rest in one area of your body, your therapist will massage others. You get twice the benefit in the same amount of time.
