REFORMER FOUNDATIONS ~ BUILD CONFIDENCE BEFORE MOVING ON.
Reformer Foundations is a supportive, slower-paced class designed for clients who want extra practice before progressing to Level 1 Essentials. Each class focuses on proper form, breathing, alignment, and building confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.

LEVEL 1 - ESSENTIALS
Build Strength with confidence.
Level 1 Essentials builds on the fundamentals while introducing a smoother, more continuous flow. You'll continue refining technique while developing strength, coordination, and confidence in a moderately paced, engaging workout.

Typical Progression
Most clients complete 8–15 Level 1 classes before progressing to Level 2 – Intermediate.
LEVEL 2 - INTERMEDIATE
Ready to increase the challenge?
Level 2 Intermediate is designed for clients looking to build greater strength, endurance, and confidence through more dynamic movement and continuous flow.
Expect a more challenging workout featuring flowing sequences, increased endurance work, stronger spring combinations, and occasional use of the Jump Board or light weights—all while maintaining the signature Inner Balance focus on proper alignment, control, and precision.

Most clients complete 15–30 Level 2 classes before progressing to Level 3 – Advanced.
Not recommended for clients who are pregnant or recovering from an injury.
LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED
Designed for experienced Reformer clients.
Expect faster-paced classes featuring complex transitions, advanced choreography, athletic spring combinations, balance challenges, and precision-focused movement. This class is designed to challenge both your body and mind while continuing to emphasize exceptional control, alignment, and technique.

REFORMER STRETCH & RESTORE
Stretch + Restore is designed to slow things down, improve mobility and flexibility, release tension and give your body a chance to recover.
Expect a combination of gentle stretching, mobility work, mindful movement and restorative techniques. It’s a perfect complement to your reformer classes—or simply a place to come when your body needs a little extra care.

PILATES TOWER
Discover a new way to move.
Using spring resistance, mat work, and the Tower apparatus, this class offers a refreshing variation from traditional Reformer Pilates while improving strength, mobility, posture, and control.

PILATES MAT
Strength begins at your core.
Mat Pilates strengthens your core—or "powerhouse"—using body weight and intentional movement to improve posture, balance, flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness.

LADDER BARREL
Experience one of Pilates' most unique pieces of equipment.
The Ladder Barrel helps improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and spinal mobility through supported stretching and strengthening exercises. We offer both Level 1 and Level 2 classes, allowing you to progress at your own pace in a supportive, small-group setting.

Beginners through experienced clients
REFORMER TOWER + MAT
Experience Pilates beyond the Reformer. This class blends Reformer work with Tower exercises and traditional Pilates Mat to create a balanced, full-body workout.
Using springs, straps, body weight and the Mat, you’ll build strength, improve mobility and stability, and deepen your connection to the Pilates method. Expect thoughtful transitions and a variety of movement that challenges the body in new ways.
A great complement to your regular Reformer practice and an opportunity to experience more of what Pilates has to offer.

SPINE & CORE - * NEW *
A flexion-free Pilates Mat series performed entirely on the Spine Corrector, designed for clients with osteoporosis or osteopenia and also appropriate for anyone looking for smart, supportive strength training.
This class focuses on thoracic extension, postural strength, balance, and bone-building exercises targeting the hips, spine, and upper back. Using the Spine Corrector throughout the workout, you’ll work on strength, alignment, stability, and mobility in a supported but challenging way.
