As the cool, dry energy of late fall and winter (Vata) gently gives way to the moist, grounding essence of spring (Kapha), join us for a special 2-hour seasonal wellness experience designed to help you align with nature’s rhythms.
Led by Nancy Trapp, Chopra Total Well-being Coach and RYT-500 Yoga Instructor, this immersive workshop supports your body, mind, and spirit through this natural seasonal transition.
What to Expect:
🧘 75-Minute Yin Yoga Practice
This nurturing Yin Yoga session focuses on slow, deep stretches to release the dryness and restlessness of Vata while preparing your body for the grounding, nourishing qualities of Kapha. You’ll soothe your nervous system, improve flexibility, and build a strong foundation for the season ahead.
💤 45-Minute Yoga Nidra
After Yin, relax into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice. This guided meditation encourages inner calm, renewal, and rootedness, leaving you refreshed, centered, and re-energized for spring.
Why Attend?
Seasonal transitions are powerful opportunities to recalibrate and reconnect. This special event offers a supportive space to release winter’s restlessness, restore balance, and prepare your mind and body for growth and renewal.

Stress lives in the body.
When we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “on,” it’s often our nervous system asking for support — not more willpower.
This immersive, two-part workshop series offers gentle, body-centered tools to help you reconnect with yourself and restore steadiness from the inside out.
Through guided somatic yoga, breathwork, tapping (EFT), EMDR-inspired techniques, therapeutic body awareness, and healing sound frequencies, you’ll learn practical ways to:
✨ Calm stress responses
✨ Release stored tension
✨ Increase body awareness
✨ Feel more grounded and present
Led by Chris Yovanovich, who brings over 20 years of experience in stress physiology, yoga, and integrative healing, this workshop blends science-based understanding with compassionate, accessible practices.
This workshop is intentionally designed as a two-part series, held one month apart, allowing time for integration and reflection between sessions.
Part One introduces foundational nervous system tools and somatic practices to help you build awareness and regulation skills.
Part Two is a follow-up session that deepens the work, expands your somatic practice, and supports continued integration of what you’ve learned.
Each participant will receive a guided journal to document insights, track progress, and support personal reflection between sessions.
Whether you:
• Feel the weight of everyday stress
• Struggle to fully relax
• Want to better understand your stress patterns
• Or simply want deeper connection with yourself
This experience offers supportive tools in a safe and welcoming space.
