This 1½-hour partner Pilates or Yoga event includes a 45-minute workout that’s lighthearted, energizing, and perfect for all levels.

The Pilates session is limited to 6 couples to ensure a personalized experience. Partners will share a Reformer and enjoy a blend of individual movements and fun, connected couple-based exercises.
The Yoga session is all about connection, movement, and fun. You’ll flow through easy-to-follow poses, partner stretches, and relaxing breathing exercises designed to help you feel refreshed and closer than ever. It’s beginner-friendly, pressure-free, and full of feel-good moments—perfect for couples or best friends looking for a unique and memorable night out.

💤 45-Minute Yoga Nidra
After Yin, relax into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice. This guided meditation encourages inner calm, renewal, and rootedness, leaving you refreshed, centered, and re-energized for spring.
