🧘 75-Minute Yin Yoga Practice:
Find balance in the transition with a grounding Yin Yoga session. This 75-minute practice will focus on slow, deep stretches to release the heat of Pitta and prepare the body for the lightness of Vata. 💤 45-Minute Yoga Nidra:
