Join Diane Hancock for a memorable event that’s accessible for all bodies and skill levels. Enjoy gentle, easy yoga practices that affect your energetic centers known as “chakras,” from bottom to top. After balancing and clearing your energy, lie down and surrender to the mesmerizing sounds of two amazing gongs for 25-35 minutes. Finally, engage in a meditation with movement and sound that is unlike most meditations you may have experienced.
Gong Immersions are nothing like the proverbial gong show – instead, the quiet drones, gentle roars and shimmering overtones allow most people to meditate in mere minutes – even those with highly active minds.
Bring: a mat or sleeping bag for your comfort on the floor, and a light wrap for the gong immersion when the body cools. If you prefer not to sit on the floor, there are some chairs available.
20-year+ yoga teacher, Diane Hancock (aka Hari Datti Kaur) is known for her amazing vibrational gong immersions and yoga workshops. She’s registered with Yoga Alliance as an eRYT-500 teacher, and also is a trainer certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. As a musician, she’s fascinated by the ability of sound to affect people positively at a deep physical and emotional level.
Working Through Trauma with Yoga: The Movement of Subtle Energy with Chris

Trauma and stress play a big role in how we function in life. Back by popular demand, this workshop examines the Polyvegal theory and how the vagus nerve can help heal deep seated trauma through breath work and yoga poses. Self-regulation and trauma-informed care will be the key components of this class.
Each student will receive The Body Keeps the Score workbook by Bessel Van der Kulk giving us a practical roadmap for navigating through the impact of trauma in our lives. Whether trauma was experienced physically, mentally or emotionally, many carry their trauma throughout their lives not knowing there can be relief from the negative symptoms associated with chronic stress due to trauma.
We will conclude our workshop with a yoga class implementing all that you will have learned so you can experience the effectiveness firsthand.

SilverSneakers® is a fitness program designed for adults 65+ that provides access to gyms, community exercise classes, and online workout videos. To be eligible, a person must have a Medicare plan that includes SilverSneakers® among its benefits.
The main goal of SilverSneakers and Inner Balance is to promote good health through
physical activity.
Thru the SilverSneakers® program members will be able to take two classes each week at no cost to them. These two classes are to be a combination of yoga and/or reformer classes.
Whether its for a business team gathering, bachelor/ette party, holiday gathering, birthday- whatever the occasion, we're pretty sure it's a guaranteed smash hit when you kick it off with a
barre, yoga or pilates class!
Book a private party at the studio and we'll create the class of your dreams. Barre, Vinyasa, reformer Stretch or even a Restorative class - we can make it happen. You're welcome to bring snacks, drinks, even decorations — we've got the props, space, and top-notch teachers.
