🧘 75-Minute Yin Yoga Practice:
Find balance in the transition with a grounding Yin Yoga session. This 75-minute practice will focus on slow, deep stretches to release the heat of Pitta and prepare the body for the lightness of Vata. By nourishing your joints and calming your mind, you'll create the perfect foundation for the seasonal shift.
💤 45-Minute Yoga Nidra:
After your Yin practice, surrender to a deeply restorative 45-minute Yoga Nidra session. This guided meditation will support your transition into Vata season, promoting inner peace and mental clarity. You'll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the cooling energy of autumn.

Working Through Trauma with Yoga: The Movement of Subtle Energy with Chris - Part 2

The second part of this workshop follows up on your progress and obstacles you may have come across since taking the first workshop.
This follow up workshop will focus mainly on practicing somatic movements that help regulate deep seated trauma and stress. Somatic therapy explores how the body expresses deeply painful experiences, applying mind-body healing to aid trauma recovery. Other therapeutic modalities include body work, reiki, and measuring and balancing the chakras through sound healing techniques.

SilverSneakers® is a fitness program designed for adults 65+ that provides access to gyms, community exercise classes, and online workout videos. To be eligible, a person must have a Medicare plan that includes SilverSneakers® among its benefits.
The main goal of SilverSneakers and Inner Balance is to promote good health through
physical activity.
Thru the SilverSneakers® program members will be able to take two classes each week at no cost to them. These two classes are to be a combination of yoga and/or reformer classes.
